CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023: Download and Everything You Need to Know

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is gearing up to release the answer key for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023. Reports suggest that the board is likely to unveil the provisional answer keys by the end of September, although the official date is yet to be confirmed. The CTET 2023 examination took place on August 20 at various examination centers.

The board will upload answer keys for all sets of the CTET question papers for 2023, including Sets A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H. The CTET 2023 provisional answer key challenge window will be open for a specific period of time. To raise objections to the CTET June 2023 answer key, candidates will be required to pay a challenging fee of Rs. 1000 per question. After the objection window closes, the final answer key will be prepared based on candidates’ feedback.

How to Download CTET Answer Key 2023

  1. Go to the official CBSE CTET website at www.ctet.nic.in.
  2. In the News and Events update section, locate and click on the link labeled ‘Download Answer Key for CTET August 2023.’
  3. You will be directed to a login page where you need to provide your Application Number and Date of Birth.
  4. Enter the Security PIN (Captcha Code) shown on the screen.
  5. After entering the required information, click on the Submit button. This action will display your CBSE CTET Answer Key 2023 on the screen.
  6. Download the CTET Answer Key 2023 for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 and make sure to take a printout for future reference.

CTET Answer Key 2023: Marking Scheme

Candidates can compute their scores using the CTET Answer Key 2023. In the CTET August Examination 2023, each correct answer is rewarded with one mark, and there is no penalty for incorrect answers. CTET 2023: Minimum Qualifying Marks

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) establishes minimum qualifying marks categorized by the candidate’s group. These minimum marks are generally consistent across all subjects and are determined solely based on the candidate’s category. For individuals in the General category, a minimum score of 60 per cent in the CTET Exam 2023 is required, while candidates from other categories need only score 55 per cent. In the CTET August examination, an overall attendance rate of 80 per cent was recorded. This time, more than 29 lakh candidates, with 15,01,719 for paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5) and 14,02,184 for paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8), had registered for the exam.
