The newly launched Tata Nexon EV facelift and its fuel-powered counterpart have been receiving an overwhelming response from customers, thanks to their advanced features and stylish cosmetic upgrades. Recently, both the EV and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) models have experienced a significant increase in their waiting periods, leaving eager customers with longer waits than before.

According to information shared by dealerships, the Tata Nexon EV is currently facing a maximum waiting period of approximately 6-9 weeks. This marks a significant increase from the previous waiting period, which was only 3-4 weeks.

As for the fuel-powered variant, customers are looking at waiting times ranging from 6 to 8 weeks. Interestingly, entry-level models are experiencing the highest waiting period, with some customers having to wait up to 10 weeks. The top-tier model also has a maximum waiting period of 8 to 9 weeks, and this can vary depending on the location and demand in specific cities and states.

Tata Motors has introduced both SUVs with striking designs and eye-catching cosmetic enhancements. The Nexon facelift boasts a 10.25-inch floating infotainment system that supports advanced car connectivity technology. On the other hand, the EV version features a larger 12.3-inch unit compared to the ICE model. Both models come equipped with a multifunctional steering wheel, parking sensors, wireless charging, wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, IRA 2.0 connectivity technology, a voice-assisted electric sunroof, a capacitive touch panel, and more.

2023 Tata Nexon Facelift Engine

Under the hood, the newly launched Tata Nexon facelift is available with two engine options. It can be powered by a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine that produces a maximum power output of 120 bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque. Alternatively, customers can opt for the 1.5-liter diesel engine, which delivers an impressive 115 bhp of power and 260 Nm of peak torque.
